This counselling place helped me to get back into activities that would've seemed mentally overwhelming, even though I used to do it on a daily basis without much thought. Frank understood my situation and he was committed to help me get back my confidence and overall help me understand my behavior and how to over come the situation if it happens again(hopefully it doesn't though). Would highly recommend this place to anyone for counseling.
I would recommend this counselling service. It is professional and caring. I felt heard and supported. It is sometimes difficult to find a counsellor who is passionate about truly helping others, however, my experience was personal and empowering. Thank you!
